What the Fluff?
Not sure if there was a joke intended here. But the redesigned UI that was default in Windows XP (the blue and green one with all the rounded edges) was named “Luna”.
 
Edit: OK, I checked the source and it doesn’t appear that this joke was intended. It’s an actual Windows XP boot screen. While I think that’s cool and all, using Windows XP in this day and age is extremely dangerous. The OS is like a sieve with security holes. Microsoft doesn’t even issue updates for Vista anymore, let alone XP.
