You mean requesting payment for art containing non-original characters? I can accept that. – “basically stealing”, as in leaching off the character they don’t have the rights to, yes.
However, people are just complaining that it costs in the first place, not that it’s copyrighted characters. – People here complain that people wants to be paid for their work.
Awful comparision. Netflix pay for the stuff they offer. Patreon guys don’t. They make profit from trademarks they don’t own. That’s basically stealing.
You have to pay for Netflix, is that fine?
We can’t sadly have everything for free.
If the artist can earn more money, the artist can draw more.
That will result in more free art too.
Otherwise the artist needs another work for income, and has less time to do art.
Pay for view mostly :/
