This is being done in Photoshop CS6 (it’s not good for this but it’s good enough)
I probably wouldn’t start from scratch animating in photoshop; it’s a bit finnicky… that’s why I was using flipnote to poop something out relatively easily

I have to ask what are you using to animate it? It looks to be frame by frame. I wanna pick up an animation program myself you see~
