Your the first person to actually give any kind of critique which im grateful for and im sure he is too.  
I was never mad that it was downvoted. i was disappointed because i thought it was merely hated on because it was a ship pic. which i have seen before.
 
anyways thanks for the comment. This was his first attempt at this kind of pic but he strives to be better and we appreciate the comment

Mm, personally, I’d just chalk the dislikes here up to the fact that it could’a been drawn a bit nicer. Friend-o could do with a little more learning, plenty of room for progress.
 
Because, as conclusive evidence can say, canon x oc ships with Chrysalis in particular aren’t entirely all that unpopular.
 
Anyways, it ain’t the end of the world if a few people dislike the image, because your friend can always try to improve. Your friend can always practice to get better. And don’t be down on it, as this is definitely not the worst thing I’ve seen posted to here. Keep your head up, you or him can make your way out of any bad situation if you just try.
 
Your friend has my vote of confidence, should he have the drive to get better. Wouldn’t hurt to learn Inkscape, since it’s free and this image appears to have been made with Paint. If not, well, the important thing is that he tried, and it’s better than just giving up. So don’t get a few measly downvotes get you down, man. A lot worse could have happened, and I have quite a bit of experience with things going wrong. Buck up, champ; we can always try again another day.

Im gonna be honest. I was very hesitant to share this with other people because it was a ship pic.  
I knew uploading this it wouldn’t be very liked because of this fact but what bugs me is pics like these are simply hated on because they exist. Many bronies claim to love a certain someone on the show but the moment someone wants to show they love and care about someone it’s time to send in all the hate.
 
I can understand a picture being downvoted if you truly don’t like it and find the art bad but my friend worked his ass off on this and seeing it being hated just because disappoints me.
