Pokey x Pinkie is clever because of the balloon thing, plus if you go by fan names, Pokey Pierce and Pinkie Pie are very well matched names. Plus, Pokey attended and clearly enjoyed her party. There’s not much to go on since he’s a background pony, but what we have points to compatibility with Pinkie.
 
Spike x Rarity is just sorta bizarre; it’s one of those “do you even watch the show, why would you think that” ships.
 
Twilight x Big Mac made a little bit of sense when Big Mac was seemingly the only male with a speaking role. But they have nothing in common beyond industrious nature.
 
Thunderlane x Fluttershy? They’re both pegasi. We know almost nothing about Thunderlane, so there’s little to support or oppose this particular ship.
 
Soarin’ x Dash? They both live to fly, so that’s a lot in common, and they’re both exceptionally good at it. We also got a little shiptease with the two dancing together during Love is in Bloom. Logical ship.

Twimac is best ship. It’s the super interesting opposites attract story. Although in this artist’s universe they have an earth pony son. Which is the only universe i’ve seen where Twilight has a son. Also is that Doctor Whooves looking over Twimac.
