Agreed, but obviously it’s just a sloppy copy/paste/recolor job.

I’d say this would be a really interesting creation if it was done properly :p

Whenever I see these fused or conjoined ponies, I can only think of the World of Warcraft race of Ogres.
 

 
I should also note: With these two-headed ogres they’re both their own separate entity although one is usually far dumber so the smarter one will end up taking full control over 90% of the body, unless the dumb one can prove itself being competent at something (usually that consists of being able to smash something with a giant weapon of a blunt source.)
 
So with that in mind and knowing the fandom portrayal of the two characters, with Octavia being the more sophisticated character I can only really imagine her having Vinyl’s head as some sort of annoyance to her.
