Flitter is a pegasus who lives in the few residential apartments the Luna’s Wings has to offer. Her rent is almost entirely paid in her earnings from gambling. She can get a payout or two out of anypony if you give her enough time and a deck of cards or a pair of dice. It’s not as though she lives payout to payout either, she’s amassed quite the small fortune outplaying others with the same gambling habit. The Luna’s Wings makes many stops between the Lunar and Solar lands since they house so many major cities outside the capital cities that dwarf all the others in population density alone, and she uses each 6-12 hour tourstop to her advantage since she knows all the good gambling spots, legal or otherwise. Her recent favorite legally ambiguous gambling sport is the under the table bets placed on Wonder and Shadowbolt races. She’s made a big name for herself in both legal and questionable gambling circles.
 
 
Her habits certainly haven’t been without their troubles however. She’s often finding herself looking down the receiving end of a gun, sword or other various dangerous weapons. Thankfully she always comes well equipped with a set a dice or two if she decides to bring one of her may fashion forward purses. She can toss them around with annoying accuracy. They’re mostly just dice so they merely hurt, but if she knows there’s going to be trouble like when she goes to an underground gambling den, then she brings some dice enchanted by an alchemist she met on the rare Ponyville stop. They slam into her target and can deal potentially fatal damage if they land on the right combination of numbers (all 6s across 4 dice). As with all gambling, sometimes she doesn’t get quite what she wanted and they have as much impact as a mosquito.
 
 
The pegasus’ living situation leads he to meet many across two large countries, but among those she’s met is her best friend, Cloudchaser. She’s a mechanic aboard the Luna’s Wings and they do nothing but chatter during Chaser’s breaks. They seem like they hail from different castes at first blush, but they talk like they’ve known each other since they were children. She’s the main reason for her taking residence on the airship. They made for fast friends after Flitter took a trip to ferry between the capitals. Through her, she also met some of the so called Warriors. Even though they didn’t really see eye to eye on ideals, she could still talk and relate to the less morally inclined Warriors of Darkness. Her unique abilities were enough to get her connection to therm, so they have occasionally relied on her talents.
 
 
Princess Dice Set - A set of dice showing the Cutie Marks of various Princesses. Was one of many sets enchanted by the Alchemist, and the first gift from Cloud Chaser. Surprisingly a Magickal catalyst, but since she’s a Pegasus, it doesn’t matter too much.
 
 
Gambler Garb - A silky dress and gloves set worn by Flitter. For her high brow gambling joints, this is standard attire. Mores bouncers won’t even let you in if your clothes look like they cost less than 5 digits. This particular set was an early piece bought from Rarity’s boutique, and as she became more popular and famous, the vintage garb became more valuable as an early work of Rarity’s. This allowed her entry to even more sophisticated gambling circles. She also has clothes for more underground places as well.
