Uh this falls apart when you know that Lightning Dust has to be much closer to Rainbow Dash’s age so she can try to become a wonder Bolt at the same time. Plus Sky Stinger is younger than the both of them. It is literealy impossible for that baby to be Lightning Dust.

Looking at this again, Dust’s coat doesn’t match the filly’s or the dads, but is a shade in between. 
that said, she could still be related. Remember, Vapor Trail said that Sky Stinger had ‘a lot of siblings’. she could have just not been shown here.

I think she tried out before Sky because she ran away from home. she forgoed her education and family for the sole purpose of improving her flying.
 
That or Sky kept flunking the written test.

Are they trying to say that the foal here is Lightning Dust, or that she’s some other sibling of Sky Stinger’s? I really doubt that the foal is LD; assuming she’s the same age as Rainbow Dash, then she’d probably be a little older than Stinger, not several years younger.

If you’re saying Lightning Dust is that baby, I doubt it.  
If you’re just saying she’s related to Sky Stinger though? Maybe?

Someone explain it to me; I don’t remember this baby pony from “Top Bolt”, where did it come from in the context of that episode? Is the theory that Lightning Dust and sky stinger had that baby?
