Actually, he kind of does. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have made any difference by absorbing Lapis and Lazuli, AKA Androids Seventeen and Eighteen.
Actually absorbing abilities is more Buu than Cell.

Before I uploaded this thing, I debated whether this last image would grimdark or semi-grim.
The funny thing is I could totally picture Cell doing this sort of silliness after drinking someone if I imagine him as the DBZ Abridged version of Cell.
I don’t see her bowtie but for some reason I see this as funny(and I love Octavia)XD
