now that i look at one of jojo parts that had one of the most wacky color scheme, clothing and hairstyles along with part 7 (where everyone looks like 80s boybands memebers with some old west touches) if i can still love jojo even for it, thorax dont bother me that much

Naw, it’s more like some people who love the design post it everywhere, compare it to stag beetle and defend it… and eventually people who dislike the design (even if they are in the majority) will either get tired of arguing over it and give up (in some cases even dumping the show), or will become convinced that it is easier to just accept or ignore the damn thing since there is nothing they can do about changing it. I’ve seen this happen plenty of times, that’s how you get to where we are right now…
 
Of course there are cases of people starting to honestly like the new stuff after it gets more exposure and a few tweaks, but it would be nice to somehow get statistical data on what the percentage of “I started liking it too” versus “I just deal with it” is, don’t you think? Plus the initial rates of how many people supported the change from day 0 and how many didn’t. I find stuff like this interesting to observe :P

Now he look like a bug princess, but its nice, still, i think the mais reason for recolouring is that the changelings looked too spooky in their original design, and since theyre not evil anymore, they had to change it, bu now he looks like a green deer with an extra horn and bug wings

Nice reference. I’d love to see a fanfic with those two meeting now. Also I really recommend anyone who hasn’t to watch Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. Anyway loving the fanart of King Thorax so far, here’s to seeing more of him in the future.
