Basically what happens at the end is Sev is heard on the comm saying he’s overrun by Battle Droids. Boss and Scorch want to go rescue him but are ordered by Advisor, acting on orders from Jedi Master Yoda, to leave him.
It then cuts to the remaining commandos onboard a Gunship, they are told they will be heading for Kachiro to liberate the wookie planet of Kashyyk.
Then the game ends. No battle, no rescue mission, no information as to if Sev is alive or not. A lot of people were upset by the ending, mostly because of the fact that, to date, no sequel has been made.
It’s a great game (came out in 2005), it’s basically Halo only with Clone Troopers. Unfortunately, after Disney created a established “Canon” timeline, Republic Commando never received a sequel (which sucks because of the cliffhanger at the end) not a reboot and has since been classified as part of the “Legends” continuity.
Boss (the one Sunset is in this image) is the squads leader. He is determined, skilled, and compassionate towards his men… Which is why Starlight should be him.
Scorch (the one Moondancer is) is the squads demolitions expert. He’s cocky, loves explosions, and has a big ego. Which is why Trixie should be him.
Sev (the one Trixie is) is the squads sniper. He always counts his kills, has a slightly disturbed since of humor, and often competes with Scorch. Definitely Sunset.
Fixer (the one Starlight is) is the squads technical expert/medic. He is a by the books type of character that does not like going against protocol no matter what. Extremely Moondancer.
Finally: Advisor (the one who is absent from this image) is a clone trooper who is only ever shown via hologram. He is Delta Squads leader, he gives them orders and informs them of their objectives. Truly Twilight Sparkle.
On my gosh the republic commandos was my favorite game and plus sev the one that trixie is still alive sev is in the whole star wars the clone wars series but when I was a kid I didn’t know what happen to sev until I saw this episode os the clone wars S3 E14 Witches of the Mist
Fucking badass. I remember the ending to this game and how helpless it made me feel when I couldn’t get to sev in time. I never found out what happened to him.
Hopefully things will turn out a bit better for Trixie. Say what you will about glimmer (like I often do) but no one with ill intent would be able to get close to trixie without being vaporized while she’s around.
I see now
Yes.
Are you taking clone wars(not to be confused with the clone wars)?
The mini series mainly covered events in between Episodes 2 and 3.
The last episode lead right into Episode 3.
The invasion of Kashyyk was shown in a small “invasion” sequence in one episode, but wasn’t touched on.
So was the series (I think)
Sort of… The anime mini series that ran from 2002-2003.
The game starts with the battle of Geonosis from Episode 2, and ends with a sort of a prelude to the battle of Kashyyk from Episode 3.
Wait, was that game taking place during the clone wars series?
Eeyup.

Well that sucks.

Interesting
Oh okay.
Well to sum up the squad:
Boss (the one Sunset is in this image) is the squads leader. He is determined, skilled, and compassionate towards his men… Which is why Starlight should be him.
Scorch (the one Moondancer is) is the squads demolitions expert. He’s cocky, loves explosions, and has a big ego. Which is why Trixie should be him.

Uhh, not really, sorry
Are you even familiar with this game, btw? I’m familiar with it because I own it.
Oh, I see.
I know.
The artist forgot Advisor completely.
Just saying.
She would likely be Advisor.
(The clone trooper who gave Delta Squad their orders.)
Just a lego female version clone commando I know you are wondering but look at the design of it
