That’s the other possibility, I think, that the individual Changelings have no independent will and are only as good or evil as their current queen. Either way, I hope either the show or upcoming comic gives this race a little depth.

Yes and I agree. As I’ve said before, assuming their people aren’t a hive-mind, there should be at least episode with good changelings similar to the Zecora debut episode, but with some twists.

For anyone who has played Mass Effect, do the Changelings make you think of the Batarians? Anyone else think that there are a bunch of peaceful Changelings totally open to diplomacy, but are surpressed by the oppressive government and all we see are invaders/criminals?
