Rather than using artist’s images as help forums, it’s really better to ask stuff like that in the Site & Policy forum, and there’s more info on the Search Syntax page, but basically “upvotes.gte” is a part of a search string to look for images with upvotes that are greater than or equal to some number. For example:
 
upvotes.gte:200

Yeah, I use a third-party converter to make SVGs and it doesn’t work 100%. It’s a lot of the reason I can’t stand the format; it has unlimited scalability, but at the cost of doing literally everything else worse. I just didn’t really care because at these resolutions what difference does it really make?
