I didn’t mean to imply that I was finding you rude. It’s just that I often come across people who are rather defensive about their opinions, therefore I’d rather make sure to point out that the views I express are mine and mine alone and that I don’t mean to push them on others.

Yeah, but all that cliche “my opinion/your opinion” talk was unnecessary. You just read me wrong as if I was being rude when I was just curious.
Well, I happen to prefer girls who’s don’t feel the need to artificially enhance her looks (even if Rarity does, that doesn’t make her repulsive in my eyes though). I acknowledge, however, that this is just my own opinion, and I agree that people may disagree with me on that matter. Is that a suitable answer for you?

Like you said, it is subjective. Therefore, having a preference is pretty much an inevitability. It also means, however, that not everyone has to share yours (I don’t even dislike Rarity; I just favor Fluttershy over her is all).
