They were trying to make a point to Rainbow Dash and then Dashie got it in the end. You know the saying “If whispers won’t attract your attention we’ll turn up the volume” or another perspective, “If subtle hints won’t get your attention bricks will fly your way”? They turned up the volume to 11.

I actually found this episode pretty disturbing. If it weren’t for the rainbow texture near their muzzle and the fact that this was all just a prank, I would probably mark these kind of pictures semi-grimdark. In fact, this prank kind of took things a bit far, don’t you think? Rainbow Dash was just doing classic pranks that you’d probably do to a colleague or roommate or something, and Pinkie… Literally told everyone to act like zombies as payback for Dash’s pranks, scaring her half to death. If it wasn’t revealed that it was “just a prank, bro”, it would probably be ranked one of the more disturbing and adult episodes of the series.

OH NO!!! I hope zombie alicorns are too weak enough to fly and don’t shoot out zompony braniwave magic out of their horns!!
