It’s just how reduculously easy it is to get out of the submission if it’s not secured.
As in “Actually start choking someone.” This isn’t being presented as MMA; this is wrestling. Wrestling isn’t real, and it’s not a good idea to actually choke someone during a submission. From my perspective, this looks perfectly reasonable for a submission during a wrestling match while being reasonably non-strangly for the wrestlers.

Either way, this submission hold is extremly easy to get out of, unless the hands go to the neck, not the chin.
Honestly in pro wrestling a rear naked choke is a “meh” move, unless it’s performed by certain wrestlers.
Also, bet to place the hand on the neck, not the chin, since Lemon zest can easily pop Pinkie’s hands over her face. Or oinkie can get an easy rear naked choke, similar to the Nate Diaz vs Conor Mcgreggor fight.
