Oh, I love good-Starlight’s outfit. Minus the armor and tiara and it’s how I’d imagine her humanized for dressing. I like how artists seem to collectively interpret her as a bit of a fashion type in her outfits.

Ah…hmmm…
I want to argue this one, but transferable sources of power whose use alters the binder’s personality seems like a decent fit for cutie marks, even if you have to ignore the vestiges lore to replace them as the binder’s power source.
