Well, except that this movie was technically not based on the cartoon because the cartoon hasn’t been released until after the film’s release where it start right where the movie and the two specials left off. The only MLP movie to based on a tv show is the one released in 2017. And now we got 3 Hasbro TV show-based movies. First comes “The Transformers: The Movie” (1986), then “G.I. Joe: The Movie” (1987), and finally “My Little Pony: The Movie (2017).

To be fair, “childish generalizations and caricatures” is what we have running for President right now, so that’s bound to spill over into other rhetoric as well.

Evil meanie Hasbro who eat kittens for breakfast also said no to this >>1187538 if that can put some nuance in your view of a toymaker company (or virtually any companies i guess) as an army of Vince Mac Mahon and Ted DiBiase stock characters rubbing their hands in Scrooge McDuck gold pool while letting out a Mephistopheles-esque laugh to the full moon (read closely the last line to see what you avoided.)Granted ,Hasbro said no to another “le evil faceless corp” but it’s all about that:nuance.They’re neither evil or ammoral,they’re a business and not your friend aka not here to indulge your headcanons.The business world is complex and cant be reduced to childish generalizations and caricatures

So still,none of them will satisfy you.Uninspired and generic,both of them are negatives word you know.Just admit that you’re unpleasable already.I think we’ll never agree on this but naming a movie X The Movie is not a death sentence.I still think brevity and simplicity are a good things
Also,it’s just my opinion but Rainbow Rocks sound very generic to me.Again,just an opinion which is neither right or wrong like saying movie called X The Movie are the worst thing ever
No. In fact, some people who have multiple ban offenses don’t have duck badges, and there are others who don’t have duck badges who don’t have very many ban offenses.
People keep trippin’ about this like no movie ever had a subtitle tacked on to the working title for its theater release before; this logo being generic means it’s pretty much perfect for having an actual descriptive title stuck on underneath in the same bizarro ’80s airbrush font treatment.
drama or no drama this movie has me sold on the logo. Now that is one fine logo. Don’t worry guys, the MLP: FiM movie will be great because it has an awesome logo.
@Hoploo
Yeah that too but there are other information in imdb too not just the the rating like the plot and the genre of the movie. also review from critic and user. but sometimes i just skip the reviews. because i hate spoiler.
@CyanLightning
Numerical scores are basically the “10/10” system.
The problem with it relies in it’s vagueness and linearity. Say this, two games get a 9/10. One because it had an amazing story, the other because it had amazing gameplay.
What kind of difference does “9/10” imply? I think that few sentence summaries are better.
@Hoploo
What ever. I don’t know what’s that mean. It not going to stop to me to do what ever I wanted. Beside rating aren’t based on single person it’s crowd sourcing and to understand what the majority like. beside i shouldn’t take some random opinion from random guy in the internet seriously especially the one that i can’t really understand.

I’m not a troll, I’m an asshole. There’s a difference. I do make occasional shitty attempts at trolling, but that does not make me a troll as it is not a habit. Also, how is that relevant to a comment asking someone to improve their grammar for the purposes of intelligibility?
@Ihhh
Don’t mind me because i just whining here, and just don’t understand why it’s so hard for you to understand it. and you are the only one who really like to critic my grammar.
What I don’t understand is why you continue to feed a blatant troll.
You think you can win? You think you can reach a point where he’ll acknowledge anything you have to say no matter how well you say it?

THIS AGAIN. and yes i still need to learn the damn thing. but sir you are the one who critic me the most for grammar. and for most of the time most people still understand what i just said.
@CyanLightning
Your comment is difficult to understand. I recommend you use commas, improve your grammar, and don’t use run on sentences unless necessary.
Nah the quality of the movie has nothing to do with the it’s own tittle well based on my observation. For me what’s what’s determinate the quality of the show is the rating it’s self. My benchmark for Show usually 7/10 or higher in IMDB. but some movie can get really so much hype like the interview (the only reason why i watch it because it mocking north korea) really 10/10 from 22,607 voters. but at least today it’s got 6.6/10 from 244,487 voters. so the more voters the better and the more accurate of the rating mostly.
Also note that even if I tell people that this movie is have like 8.5/10 rating or higher there are still a chance it doesn’t match with their own taste and hack even worse they calling the rating it’s self bullshit and saying that the bad movie can get high rating and vice versa. but the thing is. that movies just don’t match with their own taste and probably most people who watched that high rating movie aren’t going to be agree with them. but for me because i usually tend to like movie with higher rating around 8/10 of the times. it’s mostly work for me. and most of people i guess.
