A humanoid is only part human (although it could technically refer to anything similar to a human, but not actually a human)…
so you’d be saying “half fish, less than a half of other things, less than a half human”.
I assume you meant “half fish, half human”?

I’ve used a drawing tablet before. It wasn’t a very high-quality one, but it feels similar to drawing with a pen. It’s possible you could still get one that supports pressure and has a colour pallet as well as a screen, but that would probably be very expensive if it even does exist. :/  
Even so, a printer/scanner would be a lot cheaper and many artists use it if they draw traditionally.  
Sorry, but these are the only two options I know of here if you want to have better quality pictures than this one. I don’t mean the art, mind you, but the fact that you just drew something and took a picture.
