I’m guessing that the egg feeds on Big Mac’s fecal matter and grows in a parasitic relationship. I don’t think that Mac is somehow fertilizing the egg unless the egg sprouts some sort of organic hypodermic needle to peirce his flesh and extract semen from his organs. That would result in some sort of hybrid and definitely not be incest because tatzls and ponies are no where near related let alone the same species.
