No, they haven’t. To summarize my previous post, look up the term ‘trade dress’. Most fanworks are arguably fair use alterations, but nobody has had the money to litigate that to establish case law. Imitating commercial trade dress is a lot less of a grey area.

The only fanworks thing the Pokemon group gets touchy about is ‘official-looking’ packaging/tags, because bootlegs.
It’s not being mass-produced so it’s very likely not going to register very high on the list of things financially damaging to the trademark so may be ignored.
If this is an independently-made mock-up of a Funko product, this might actually qualify in the very illegal indeed category of copyright and/or trademark abuse.
Especially with the My Little Pony TM logo stuck on the side. Is…is that wise? Or safe? Or sane?
