Draco Dei here (logging in from my tablet is a bother).

My fanon for this picture will be that they are not dissing each other, they are making lighthearted reminders of of the other’s feats against nations of Evil. The equivalents of Sodom and Gammora* were burned by Celestia like ants under a magnifying glass rather than DIRECT divine intervention. As for Luna’s… just replace one of The Plagues of Egypt with a section that includes the following:

And THE LORD sent forth His angel of dreams, while we name is Luna, saying unto her: “Disturb the sleep of the Egyptians with nightmares that they shall have no rest neither in the night I hast given thee charge over, nor in your sister’s day.”
And lo, Luna did as THE LORD commanded and entered the dreams of the Egyptians and they awoke with great cries of fear before their beds had grown warm from the heat of their bodies. From Pharaoh to the children in their cribs, none had rest. Neither in day nor in night could they find rest in sleep.
