for those wondering how it is inside, I’ve seen their suits of this type of design in action.
they use 2 layers with air in-between meaning the suit behaves like a wearable pvc pool-toy.
also all of them have a panel with holes in front of where the face is, and some of them feature a SPH “strategicly placed hole” allowing someone to “use” the suit as if it were a fleshlight, someone can be inside but these suits can also be inflated without someone in it and used as a stand-alone doll.
I could not find any videos(within reasonable time) of the pony suit in action but I did find one that is about one of their other suits:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKbEUJ33yDY note; that the sound in the background is because it’s done in a factory where they work on inflatables not because it is what is keeping the suit inflated like the t-rex one.
@Ciaran
Air suit usually have a battery powered fan and vent to keep the wearer cool and the suit inflated at all time.
Haven’t figure out where the viewing panel are. There should be one panel with mesh of tiny transparent circles, like most mascot suit at Disneyland.
Ah! Yes - that makes perfect sense. Like on a movie set - an internal fan would make a lot of sense.
@Ciaran
I have Applejack, Lyra and Gilda inflatable toy. The “suitable plug” are adapters for electric air pump, to use with the different size air valves.

The suit will probably gave someone a mild static shock every now and then, unless the foot have grounding pad.

I can’t imagine the amount of sweat that would be involved in wearing that for a single hour. I also can’t imagine the “how to see” or “how to breathe” once it’s zipped up. So much can’t imagine.
If anyone actually wears one of these to a convention, they are a hero. And they are also probably going to generate enough static to demagnetize every electronic object within 20 yards.
I couldn’t find this particular thing on the site, but … I did find a “Really Worth Buying Good Price Eco-Friendly PVC little colt” Applejack, complete with a “suitable plug”.
@Background Pony #370F
It is a cheaper alternative to fursuit, alot easier to maintain, put on, transport, and comfortable too(have a battery powered fan to cycle air in and out).
Many times.

No argument there, but still…
I don’t think it’s that bad!
Especially considering the horrors that usually come from this place!
Really? I find it quite creepy actually…especially the face…and the crotch part! xD
I would love to see that. I have yet to ever go to a con.
