Does this mean Starlight took over Equestria, did away with the princesses, drained all of ponykind of their magic (and turned two of the Mane Six into villains - one of whom later tried to overthrow her), transferred her conscience into a giant floating fortress shaped like her head before ending up in the body of a parasprite before finally transferring into a clone body of Twilight Sparkle she made, before battling Twilight Sparkle deep within Equus’ core?
 
Because if that’s the case, I would watch the fuck out of that.

If you think about it, Starlight had the same basic plan as Megatron. Go back it time, and change a major event in history, so your own cause prospers in the future. There are so many implications! All of them are glorious! Yeesssss. The most mild one that I can think of, is that Starlight is a big Beast Wars fan, which is still super awesome!
