Most bronies see the changelings as heartless monsters but forget one thing: Changelings need love to survive. Do you really think that they could just ask a pony “Hi, can I feed on your love?” and the pony would agree? Would you let a vampire suck your blood, even if he promises that it would hurt/kill you?  
The way they eat, how they look (more or less a mortal, weak bug alicorn) and their abilities (changing into any pony they want) might not be helpful to live in peace when the other one is afraid of you. Of course Chrysalis had to do something stupid to harvest love to keep her subjects alive.  
Well, I still hope to see the Changelings as a poor, misunderstood but deep inside peaceful race at the end of season 6^^
 
 
Yes, I know about that “timeline” from season 5, but I don’t see it as a real timeline but a paradoxical timeline. However, that’s a different subject;-)

Peace/friendship does seem quite likely, given the ends all but two of the other villains met. The only question that otherwise remains is that of who will be largely involved.

That’s what I’m hoping for. Not that Flurry will be the one but that there will be peace and maybe even friendship between Equestria and the changelings. As long as it wasn’t a joke or a wrong description, the Chrysalis might become a good mare sooner or later^^

And Flurry Heart becomes the princess who brings about peace between the changelings and all other races. Which would be interesting, the fact that she’s a baby notwithstanding.
