After anihilating all the gangs terrorizing their hometown, the 3rd Street Saints became not only local heroes, but big celebrities. All that praise and attention caused the Saints to grow cocky, arrogant and much worse than all the gangs they fought combined, and some people are not pleased with it. Enters the Syndicate, an alliance between well-known criminal factions lead by centuries old Sirens that see the Saints as bad for business and wish to see them either on their knees or out of the way. Forever!
 
When technology was first invented, Adagio Dazzle was fascinated by it. As technology grew bigger, so did Adagio’s interest in it. She watched as the influence of technology grew and, by the time internet became the most popular thing in the world, Adagio was the only person alive with the most knowledge regarding it. She used all that knowledge for profit and self-glorification, as well as expanding the Syndicate’s influence through hacking. Despite not being as interested in physical fights as her associates, Adagio loves a combat of wits and is equally, if not more dangerous than them, since she can destroy their enemies from the inside; all she needs is a device with internet connection. Her strategy to beat the Saints is delete all their assets through hacking, leaving them with nothing more than the clothes on their back - literally!
