I would agree if there were a source of damage that sent a permanent to the absolutely-removed-from-the-freaking-game-forever zone, the removed-from-match zone, or the removed-from-draft zone. Sadly, my inner rules lawyer must note that no source of damage actually does that. Those effects don’t deal damage according to the meaning of the term in Magic.

A friend of my came up with a combo that would take a Phage in his own graveyard and summon her to his opponent’s battlefield. Can’t remember what the cards were, though.
@fluttershii
In Garruk’s Wake was the primary inspiration for this mess, though neither of them are truly capable of killing everything anyway, but there really shouldn’t be a card that exiles only the opponents’ field, not even in my dreams
actually a better version of the kill everything you don’t control exists “in garruk’s wake” which hits all creatures and planeswalkers you don’t control. As far as the idea of it not being countered, Green and blue are the colors most-likely to have that effect. so one or both of those would be in it… and using In Garruk’s Wake as a point of comparison you’re trading the ability to kill planeswalkers with the counter protection and for that I’d say it would cost around 7 mana. As for the name.. Not really thinking about it too much but how about “Harmony’s End”
@FanOfMostEverything
Yeah, that probably would work better. Though I feel like I should note that this naming convention has been done before with the infamous Shahrazad XD.
@M-DitzyDoo
Actually, I did once make a stupidly overpowered card for the hell of it once.
It was a zero-cost Legendary Artifact Enchantment Creature with just about every keyword I could tack on, from Changeling to Protection from Everything, and a 20/20. I named it “Gamebreaker.”
@Bardic_Knowledge
True, I was never that great at names, it’s supposed to be evocative of she just passes through, and fields get razed. And uncounterable alone doesn’t mean unstoppable as exiling a spell is still a thing. Really, there’d probably be more redundancy needed for a card to truly be unstoppable, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was something that can get around this.
@Bardic_Knowledge
Names are a flexible thing from a design point of view, and the cost is meant to be terrible. Lord knows a card like this would never be printed. I am well aware white and black have the monopoly on field wipes, but the other colors have similar options in things like Cyclonic Rift, Blasphemous Act, Hurricane, etc. Making an overpowered card would be too easy anyway XD.
@M-DitzyDoo
Dragon Fodder makes creatures, hence the name. But for a “You’re getting blown up, nothing you can do about it” effect, you may as well go with Supreme Verdict or Obliterate.
@MordekaiserHueHueHue
Yeah, I’m well aware as a card, it’s terribly designed for a multitude of reasons. The fact adding ‘can’t be countered’ only covers like 4 cards with triggered abilities that can counter isn’t the only one XD. While I can see why having a noun based name for a sorcery card seems odd, there’s already precedent in things like Dragon Fodder. Really, it’s card meant more for the flavor of ‘you’re getting blown up, and there’s nothing you can do about it’ than any attempt at good game design.
Name of a creature with a redundant ability and a terrible cost.
Field-wipe effects tend to be White or Black, since White either kills everything or what happens to be attacking, or Black kills damn near everything anyways.
For a better idea on how the real game manages field-wipes, see the cards from “From the Vault: Annihilation.”
“Can’t be countered” and “Split Second” are pretty redundant considering the only things that could counter a Split Second card are Morph creatures (Kheru Spellsnatcher, Stratus Dancer, and Voidmage Apprentice, for those wondering. Silumgar Spell-Eater could also work if your opponent is tapped out.)
EDIT: Also, “World’s Strongest Mare” is a pretty odd title for a noncreature spell. Try something like “Celestial Decree” or “Solar Judgement.”
split second and “can’t be countered” seems redundant because there are only a handful of abilities that can counter a split second spell and a lot of them aren’t used by many decks… also if I were doing up a cost for this thing i would put it more in black so like say 4BB or 5BB.
It’s a joke on the fact that on screen, Celestia always jobs. Seriously, I’m surprised they haven’t renamed the Work Effect already…

No damage is more permanent than no longer existing so hard, even the cards in exile can’t find you.
Or just have Phage in your deck and end up accidentally losing in the most hilarious way possible.
That doesn’t deal any damage at all! If you want truly permanent damage, have Phage hit a player.
Son, you and I both know there’s only one card that deals true permanent damage.
Death is pretty dramatic and permanent. Not as much as, say, exiling a creature or wither damage, but still.

I’m sorry, but what? I’m afraid I have no idea what your statement is supposed to be getting at.
Drumpf has nothing to do with anything in this picture or discussion.
Nice try OP

Given that the “World’s Strongest Mare” in question is Celestia, that’s a rather inappropriate name.
Trying to use Arabian Nights as a precedent for Magic design is a bit like a modern lawyer trying to find a knife guilty of murder.
