I dunno how people like you can handle it. I’m just a half competent writer, and the little bits of “make mai wrds awsum!” and such I get just irritates me to no end.

Rainbow: Uh… Are we coming to a point here?
Dad: I’d just like to know if your kids might have a chance at survival.

Soarin’: I’m suddenly considering retirement.
I meant older old, like 34-38. He’s losing his edge, and the management is already talking to him about shifting to stage roles and public appearances. But then, Dash makes the team, to join her idol Soarin’,and suddenly he’s inspired and gives some his best performances. They may go out for lunch, and then maybe a few dates, and then they finally realize that thy do love each other.
Soarin: “Eeehh … good day Mr. Dash!”
Rainbow Dash’s father: “So, you want to marry my daughter, right?”
Based on the fact that he’s a senior member of the Wonderbolts I’d guess he’s older.
