There could be a lesson learned here: Sometimes, it’s better to have some balls and just get it all out there and off your chest, and let the others react to it. It’s all out there now, so’s it’s time for Rarity, Applejack, and the CMCs to react on Spike’s actions.

That person with the mohawk is actually is Scootaloo, not Fluttershy…just a heads up :). Also, if you know that the other two girls with Mohawk girl are Apple Bloom (overalls) and Sweetie Belle (horn, dress), it would clue you in that Mohawk girl is Scootaloo.

I really hate humanshy with a floppy mohawk, it works on a horse but not for her. Her personality is all wrong for it, she’s very traditional and hates breaking the mold. It might work for Rainbow Dash though.

So basically, we probably have a potential triangle on our hands…
 
-the guy wants to get with one girl but instead went with the other  
-the girl that the guy wants is probably gonna be a bit bitter that the guy rejected her for another girl  
-the other girl that actually has a crush on the guy that wants another girl is terrified and ecstatic that the guy chose her over girl #1.
 
Can you say heartbreak three times over…not to mention that the whole “get your target jealous” scheme is probably gonna backfire spectacularly in everyone’s faces???

I feel bad for sweetie bell now, in past pages we saw her a bit overwhelmed and sad after knowing Spike has a crush on someone else. At least it looked like that and she appears to be crying in the inside right now.

Well, ironically this will probably increase Rarity’s interest in Spike, even though it wasn’t the way he planned…

This is a ruse, spike real plan is geting rariy jealeus…

I’m confused…it looks like Spike did get the right girl, so why in the hell is he acting like he totally flaked on asking her out?? Wasn’t the point of that invitation to invite Applejack in the first place?? Not to mention it seems Applejack had the hots for Spike as well, so what’s the issue??
