Actually, probably not; Lyra seems to be enjoying herself, and with Bon Bon’s wide eyes, she’s 100% doing this for a reaction with absolutely no shame, likely due to the courage she gets by dressing like this while in the presence of her best friend, who is doing the same.
 
Blushing would indicate that they’re drunk, or embarrassed, but the latter wouldn’t work with how open their eyes are. I think others would agree that Lyra looks totally full of glee as she is, without the blush. Heh…

Shoot, only now do I realize that they should probably be blushing…
