2 years later, I went back on my promise.
But it’s worked out so far.
It’s still funny tho…
I just comment and watch stuff.
I don’t even upload there. I just make videos purely for mine entertainment.
IT’S MUCH SAFER TO USE YOUR OWN WEBSITE FOR VIDEOS.
Too many people on YT I watch, so unless they all move to DM, or Vimeo or something, I’ll stick there and keep adblock on.
He’s not joking…
>stop using Youtube
Yeah, that’s gonna happen.
He (General Grin) is moving away from YouTube because of how batsh!t stupid they’ve been lately, regarding takedowns, fair use, etc., and over to DailyMotion.
As for YouTube itself, I encourage others to stop using it, or at least minimize usage, block ALL ads on the site, and definitely don’t upload any content. The only way to make those fools listen is to punch them in the wallet.
OH HELL YES! I love the TNG Recuts. We need to see gifs and pictures of that!
Tirek destroys houses, castles and the environment
Picard: YOU HAVE JUST COMMITTED AN ACT OF UTTER BARBARITY! …well done!
more like “inter-LANCIng”
you have full permission to send me to the corner so i can think about my actions ^^;
Holy Jesus. THEN I’M A F*CKIN’ TREKKIE!!! BOOM TRUCKAZ!!!
I know from experience this is the case because my uncle is a Trekkie (watched since it’s pilot episode in 1965) and he literally cried when Spock died in The Wrath of Kahn.
That is incorrect, a Trekkie is more die hard than Trekkers. It has nothing to do with what series you like. I’ll give you a few examples:
A Trekker wears a STARFLEET uniform to a convention because its fun…
A Trekkie wears a uniform to a convention because s/he has heard that it is in style at the academy.
A Trekker has a STARFLEET Academy window sticker on his car…
A Trekkie is cramming for the entrance exams.
A Trekker thinks Wil Wheaton was a lucky kid who got to play a kid on Star Trek…
A Trekkie thinks that Wesley Crusher was a lucky kid who got to sit on the bridge.
A Trekker thinks that it is a shame that the show is coming to an end…
A Trekkie thinks that it is a shame that the crew is being reassigned and the Enterprise is being decommissioned.
I didn’t even know who John De Lancie was until MLP. Now I love him.
There’s a YouTuber who makes “TNG Recuts,” and they are…absolutely thrilling. You get an extra five quatloos if you recognize the last part of that sentence.
Anyhoo, very funny stuff: Picard is a crazy conqueror of worlds, Troi is obsessed with recommending people to a transport ship, a bit of sexual humor at times but not terribly offensive, the Enterprise is upside-down, and Wesley gets killed. Many, many times. :)
I’m also currently re-watching Star Trek with Mark of Mark Does Stuff. He is never prepared.
this is the first I have ever heard of that.
although for my part, I’m not really a big fan of Star Trek, despite TNG being a significant chunk of my childhood and one of very few TV shows I could tolerate watching more of.
Thanks to Netflix, I watched the whole series just a few months ago. Now I understand why everyone hates Wesley Crusher. His final episode… /facepalm
I doubt the other Anon was being uptight. Now, run along.
Oh… Guess I’m a Trekker!
Actually, the term is “Trekkie” when one is a fan of a single series.
when you’re a fan of multiple ST series, you’re a “Trekker”. I know because I have two friends that are Trekkers
Been a Trekkie since middle school and that was before MLP:FiM even existed. Wow, look at that! It’s been 10 years since I became a Trekkie? Time sure does fly.
