Given that it’s night time outside, I wonder if it was just the artist’s random choice, or if this is a Nightmare Moon timeline who decided to take on Trixie as an apprentice. I mean, moonbutts and everything stick together, right?

A story/timeline where Trixie became an alicorn with the help of Starlight Glimmer. But in the end, she was the puppet herself and betrayed by the puppeteer she believed in. This is all a scheme…a great and powerful scheme with friendship. Tragic.
