This timeline probably would have the most negative impact on Fluttershy, she likely would end up being a servant somewhere.

Even in an alternate timeline, I can’t imagine Fluttershy ever wearing eye liner.

If eyeshadow was in the uniform guidelines she would. She wouldn’t be likely to push back much if she didn’t like it either, since she wouldn’t necessarily have any friends there to back her up
