Just wanted to chime in here, you can get really comfy, soft diapers like Abenas and Dry 24/7s for not much money, and just wear them like regular underwear. They make pullup versions that you can easily slide up and down like underwear, and they have that awesome soft feeling just like a real diaper.

Well I knew urine is sterile, I just wouldn’t want to do it, knowwhatimsayin? As far as the smell.. I’m never not dehydrated and I have a terrible sense of smell and ammonia is one of the few things I can smell, so.. I’m not too big of a fan :/

#1: Oh heck yes it is, the warmth is amazing! Not in a purely sexual way, either, since, you know, hot tubs are pretty amazing, too… But combined with the relaxation of letting loose… It’s great.  
#2: Yes, because of poddy training we all have mental blocks on the first go, but a little bit of “un-training” takes care of that. It doesn’t make you more prone to accidents as long as you pay attention to the fact that you’re wearing a diaper while you do it - kinda like Pavlov’s dogs, you associate diapers with “letting go.” First you start in the bathroom, standing in front of the toilet, like you’d normally go, but wearing the diaper. Long breath out to relax. Once you’ve got that down, you can move to doing it in the bathroom not in front of the toilet, then to outside the bathroom, etc.  
#3A: Urine is sterile, and does’t smell too strongly/bad, fortunately!  
#3B: Modern diapers have “wicking layers” - a hydrophobic material laid on top of the Super Absorbent Polymers (SAP) that prevents the liquid (or soaked SAP, in this case) from making direct contact with your skin. You still feel the warmth, certainly, but technically it’s not directly touching you - though the warm humid environment in the diaper still kinda has that feel.

It seems like that would be enjoyable in theory, the carelessness of urinating into a diaper combined with the warmth of doing so, but I’d probably have a mental block and just think “that’d be highly unsanitary”. But yes, they seem very comfortable and I’ve been considering giving it a shot sometime in the future.  
Although I much prefer panties for, ahem, reasons.

Hehe. Well, diapers can also be a non-sexual fetish. Maybe she just finds it appealing as a form of anxiety relief, like moi? (though I’d be lying if I said there isn’t a strong sexual component on top of that)
