Stop that.

Like the other BGpone said, furries and bronies are only the same sounding. The words used to describe each are usually the same. But anyone that’s part of both knows that’s utter rubbish. Both groups are lovely in their own different ways, and appeal to people for usually opposite reasons.

Don’t try to start an argument for the sake of it, and don’t go insulting fandoms.

Besides that just looks like an ordinary animal to me.

That might make sense if it actually made sense, which it doesn’t. It’s rather easy to understand. Both fandoms anthropomorphized real animals and even mythical ones (Cows, dragons). There are instances in both cases where one form can be anthro and the other feral (Winona, Diamond dogs). There are inconsistencies as to what is considered sapient (cows, sheep, pigs).

Nothing wrong with being a furry. Both fandoms are equally cancerous.

Well, to you, there isn’t. But with the indecisiveness as to what constitutes as being a furry within the furry fandom itself entails, distinguishing between the two at times can be problematic.

And “no difference?” One fanbase is specifically centered around anthropomorphic “animals” with human characteristics, whose content consists of a vast variety of subject matter from multiple forms of media, due to its ambiguous definition and inconclusive members, while the other, being arguably similar when it comes to the technical use and phrasing of the word anthropomorphism, is, as you would know, is generally centered around a children’s television show about magic and friendship, so the content produced is pretty typical and straightforward. But since the people have their own personal interests in the fandom itself, whether it’s source material or fan-made, there’s a similar sense of ambiguity as to what a person defines as. So to say that furries and bronies are “exactly” the same is an incredibly shallow conclusion.

But by the end of the day, it’s up to the individual to decide for him’herself, not what the individual decides for others.
