Yeah, Starcatcher and her friends were the first Pegasi Pones in G3 (when they were re-introduced to the other ponies as being from a far-off land). But their wings are imho sort of a cross between G1 Pegasi and G1 Flutterponies. Pretty. :)

Starcatcher here looks like a fairy. Those beautiful symbols of her design… She is unforgettable (not only because of how she looks, of course).  
I don’t remember well, but she’s supposed to be a pegasi. And I’m amazed by the design her wings have. They remind me about the clouds.  
What a style… Maybe that’s why G3’s stories are seem fairytales-like to me.
