While I’m normally not a fan of the concept of “villain turning good” trope, I got to say I’m glad Tiara got redeemed, and I love how the episode finally made her likeable. It’s a path I never expected them to take with her, (I saw it coming a mile away with Sunset Shimmer in the first EqG movie) and it’s nice to see a side of her besides, “lol blank flanks!”

Overall, it wasn’t just a CMC episode, it was a CMC & Diamond Tiara episode.

Seriously, I adored her sad song. It made me want to hug her.

Them lyrics, I haven’t felt like that about a song since Season 2, and this episode has many little jewels like that.
