I can only assume that like with quite a few of the G5 ship tags, sites like Twitter and stuff have names they use instead.
And fair enough I guess, I was planning to use the opportunity of updating the ship tags to change some names that are used more, particularly for G5. I kinda got wrapped up in another big tagging project, but I’ll get back to this; Throw discussion here or in that thread and I can use the name for the “ship:X” tag.

I think being first holds extremely little weight. Being established, eg. if a major, widely-recognized piece of fiction uses a particular ship name, or if some other community adopts it among more than a handful of people (eg. Twitter, Tumblr, Fimfiction, whatever) are much stronger reasons, and being first by several months or more might influence that. The character isn’t even a month old, so…
Anyway, I encourage not using “moon” as the portion of Izzy’s name compounded into a ship name because that’s also how Nightmare Moon and Moondancer are sometimes shortened.
