Same artist. No apparent distinction between the two, except that “hladilnik” tends to feature more explicit content, although that’s not always the case, and there’s some overlap between them. Probably stems from the fact that each alias has its own Tumblr.

artist:cupcake992 (0) — non‐existent, based off the Deviant Art and Hentai‐Foundry accounts.

It’s fine - there’s nothing nefarious going on here. Click the “edited” button - I’m guessing that they asked for it, probably saw that it was already done, and retracted the request.
 
Frankly, I appreciate them retracting something when they noticed it had been done. I still checked it anyway, but now I don’t have to research it any further.
