Bravo my dude, you made my point for me. There’s no use in living under the utter delusion that you know for a fact something’s going to be bad if it’s not out yet.

I don’t know which drama is dumber: the shoddy teaser or the use of celebrities voicing new characters.

I’ve seen a lot of drama surrounding the teaser. However, I haven’t seen any for the celebrity voice actors. Maybe I’m just lucky?

Eh,i’m fine now that it’s clear that some dude fcked up converting the files when he edited the trailer.That shot with Rarity in the trailer look like a better example on how the finished product will look like

Time will tell if the movie will be okay if not good or not.  
Also, what is the official stance on the movie fitting into the show canon? Is it going to be fully canon, a non-canon spin-off, or will it be in limbo territory, which I often call “legends”?

Showed this trailer to my friend who’s dad has worked on the trailer for a few movies  
He showed it to his dad who happens to like MLP and was looking forward to the movie
 
His dad basically said if he were Lionsgate or Hasbro he would take this down and release a more professionally done trailer.
 
I’ve seen better teasers for fan animations  
Hell there are even fan trailers out there that are better

I saw nothing wrong with the trailer, it just confirmed how real this is that we are getting a movie.
 
It’s just whiney fans complaining on the spot for no rational reason again.

I saw the teaser trailer while watching the new Smurfs movie, and for some reason they removed the list of the all star cast and Rarity.

Are you living in an English-speaking country ? I ask this question because where i live they removed it too but it’s logical since the movie is going to be dubbed they are not going to advertise the orignal voices.Or maybe they simply shortened the trailer.

The teaser is kind of like a glorified version of the usual show commercials.
