Final hallway of the tutorial with the holograms there’s a brick along the wall you can press to have a secret conversation with your boss. It does nothing, but does tell the player there will be rewards and secrets if they pay attention to the environment.

You should invest in swimming

He’s kidding btw. Swimming is the most useless stat.

I read that it’s a “if you want” skill. I went with advance computers and trained rifles.

There are the occasional area that has water sections, hidden within are the occasional goodie and/or exploration exp.
 
But swimming is made redundant with a rebreather anyway.

Always remember, Deus Ex comes from an RPG time where stating super poorly can be a run ender.

Im not caught up fully with Deus Ex, but is the PC from the original game a cyborg like the PC in the modern/new games? (I forgot what their names were)

I played 4 hours today and had to force myself off of it. Also, I’ll jump on only planning to do a quick angler quest or two and then that becomes an hour.

i know you are talking about the OG game, i was asking if the protag from it is a cyborg like the protag from the newer games

Finally reached the surface with the Guan Yu aspect of Varatha, but couldn’t actually beat Hades with it. Didn’t help that a random upgrade I got for from an Anvil of the Fates shortened the range of my dash to the point that I couldn’t avoid any of his wide area attacks.
