I mean,

A) China wins by doing nothing. Again.
B) Well at least America isn’t lying now. America providing council on human rights or aid and relief is a bigger joke than Saudi Arabia being the head of the UN Woman’s Rights Council. It still is worrisome that America has stopped pretending though.
