interestingly, if we tax all income above a certain amount, it seems that a workers co-op would be the most profitable, funny that c:
If a company leaves, they leave their factory buildings, offices, warehouses ect behind, there’s no reason someone else can’t use them to fulfill a similar purpose.
@Mikey
But not to the point of like 95% of their earnings that a LOT of people on the left advocate for.
@Background Human
So you would strip everything from them because of your frothing hatred of rich people. Maoist China welcomes your contribution to KILLING the bourgeoisie because of that hatred. We will be going a cultural revolution like Maoist China if your mindset ever took hold.
@AaronMk
See. That is what make me sick. I don’t advocate for murder.Shocking words that comes from someone who seems to fetishize a civil war so much.
Those problems are solved by something called responsibility. Don’t make stupid money choices, like have 5 kids while working a minimum wage job, for starters.Giving people free shit is not a solution, as is evidenced by the fact that we spend trillions of dollars a year in federal social problems but we still have people ‘struggling to get enough food’.

And by the way, notice that the real self-made billionaires have no problem paying higher taxes, because they know they can continue to earn more money.
And what about those generational farmers who’re are losing money because some overweight bald guy thought a trade war with China was a good idea?Or maybe the nearly 1 million government employees who have worked without pay/forced on leave-without-pay for close to 3 weeks because some barely literate orangutan is angry he’s not getting his own monument?Were they being financially irresponsible?

@kyle2252
The average person’s house is not being targeted by the Sinaloa Cartel. If they’re trying to get in, doors and windows are in fact a waste of money. You need guns. A shitload of guns.
That ‘monument’ as you call it, would serve as a physical barrier to prevent illegal entry. We’ve been over this hundreds of times, same reason why you lock your doors and windows. Barriers are not social constructs, they’re actual physical things that do stuff. If you don’t believe me take the doors of your house in favor of a sign that says ‘do not enter’ and see how long it takes before you get robbed.
