Intermittent Explosive Disorder is such an absolute plague in my life. When you think of it… You have no idea when would I suddenly erupt in violent rage over shit of all sizes be it small or big. My psychiatrist is soo done with me whenever I show up at his desk over the same issue.

To put detailed context what happened to me, here’s what I said before I did the time.
My sleep was rudely disturbed this morning by a loud drilling so I went to investigate and to my surprise, our kitchen is finally being renovated.It’s good and all but ultimately, I was misinformed by mother or brother not telling me that it’s actually gonna happen today so all my important stuff, including my shit I use to draw things got dusted like hell so I blew my fucking lids and I argue mom over not telling me this is gonna happen right now son of a bitch…………
All my shit’s covered in fucking ash n shit. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Here’s the crucial bottomline to this why I got really mad:If they had informed me earlier that the kitcken would be renovated, then I would’ve relocated all my stuff upstairs so that they would not be covered in ash and dust because they were drilling something there that’s causing all those materials scattering all over the whole room. Now all my stuff are completely covered in ash and shit because of my mother and brother’s incompetence of my stuff… Fuck this shit man.
My mother called the cops on me…

I think it’s the first time mother reached her breaking point and had to pull in the last resort by handling me over to the authorities because I couldn’t change my behaviour for good. She just doesn’t understand how my disorder works and how hard it is to contain by myself.

I mostly mean that things are going to get a lot harder than you could ever imagine, you’re going to be on your own soon, and people will only want to deal with you if you have money, people are going to be a lot more cruel and indifferent, and if you’re not working for or paying them you’re wasting their time. If you’re a male walking on the street, people are going to cross the street to avoid you, and the ones that don’t might try to rob you. If you’re a women, you would probally get sexually assaulted before the year ends. You will only be worth what you can provide to others, training wheels are off.

It was hilarious. I mostly live with my mom and take care of her now, but the now I got to work, and buy food and pay for stuff, or this situation will implode to.
Going to live with my GF soon. We’ll both work.
When you don’t have the money for something, you’ll have to figure out how to make it work. You’ll get good tools, and understand them, and take care of them well. You’ll learn a lot of cool stuff trying to figure things out for yourself.

Explosions will rupture both eardrums at once, and collapse your lungs if there is air in them. If you do what I say you’ll more likely survive with only nerve disorders and ptsd. Cover your ears because if you’re getting attacked, and suddenly you can’t hear, things are going to be a lot scarier. Even a 12 gauge shotgun will make most people unable to hear for a while.
