Never thought of it like that and I do agree that staying can also do no good for the mindset since unusual habits can impair it’s personal development.

They’re putting down chipseal on the local roads. If you don’t know, it’s basically fine gravel bound together with tar to make a cheap and shitty road surface. It does not last and does not reinforce the road. I’m pretty sure they forgot the tar because it’s just fine gravel that’s horrible to drive on. The gravel reduces traction (I began to skid taking a corner at normal speed) and it throws up big clouds of dust. I was stuck behind a garbage truck and it threw up so much dust it was hard to see. It’s horrible. All the construction crews have done is made the roads worse.

As a person who is asocial (not anti) it’s so embarrassing that I keep telling strangers “I love you” or “darling” because I’m used to only talking to my wife and my mum

Today when buying wine I accidentally said “I love” before stopping and storming out in embarrassment before collecting my receipt. A blood donation place had a guy call me earlier to see if I wanted to donate blood. I said yes and “I love you” before they hung up.

Ffff they prob think I’m a creep.

I want to make a new account but I have this feeling I’m doing the wrong thing by doing it. Maybe it’s the fact I have to used a fake/disposable/temporary email (look it up) instead of a real one so I don’t get into trouble or get asked questions by my relatives

Guess I can use that real email (the one my relatives aren’t aware of) that I had a few years back (Someone made it for me so I could do something) since my relatives aren’t aware of it. I just hope my device doesn’t try and register it or something like that

If/when I find the password. I guess I can always change the email when and if I find it

It sucks to have to see your old man impotent in the face of the situation in which his health is and the possibility that he will never be able to retire.
The worst thing is this feeling that I’m supposed to do? With my possibilities I can only access the minimum wage.

Minimum wage is supposed to be a starter job. You generally move up afterwards.

Except there is no such thing as a starter job one can get without work history, and if you don’t have a car or social support you’ll be stuck with minimum wage for years, because bosses seek out people with no social mobility for these jobs. (Or you’re overqualified)

The fastest way to get a job is to start volunteering as soon as possible. You can apply for minimum wage jobs all day, but with no work history or college you won’t get one.

It’s not all bad though. We’re just facing multiple economic bubbles collapsing at once.

Soon college won’t be worth at much. Up to 80% of people who attend cannot afford to graduate. Trade programs are going to take a larger share in introducing people back into the work force.

Rent is going to go down. All these people that have the nuclear family support system are drying up and dying.

The Military industrial complex is already cracking down on the people who can join, because they can’t afford to keep shelling out of the benefits they promised to our wounded warriors (paying the people they hurt should always be first priority before over-recruiting)

Workers and kids are simply not being replaced fast enough. Soon we’re going to have to access this vast reservoir of people who want to work but can’t because the prior economic bubble shackled them with debt. Cheap electric cars and low rent, and lack of college requirement is going to be the only way to make society actually function again soon.

College will never be fully obsolete, but trade programs are going to fill in a bunch of the college demand, forcing universities to lower their prices and open their doors before people forgo college at all.

Rent is going to go down because nobody will be able to afford it anymore. Lots of rent structures are based around collecting peoples checks. Disability checks are going to dry up, because of all the people who simply cannot afford to access the healthcare system.

It’s a shame though, once you’re sick, all your money taken away by the healthcare industry.
