What’s worse about this is this was the first time getting rejected this hard by an artist over something that wasn’t meant to have an ill will towards them.

Like, I treat every artist with respect, and I’m still friends with those that I’ve commissioned for a few years now.

No swearing, no arguments, nothing. It was just a sudden case of getting rejected.

Wonder if other people have had this happen to them with dealing with that artist I met on Twitter…

I’d say be thankful this was just the first time it’s happened in many years, things inevitably happen & the more you interact with others, the more you open yourself to such unexpected outcomes.

As it stands, I think I’ve lost over $400usd to artists that just NOPE’D out.

Best advice I can give is stick with the artists you know you can trust & only work with artists that seem actively doing art.

Kindness is always the right avenue to pursue when working with others, just remember to look out for yourself. ^_~

Alarm clock didn’t sound in the usual time so I had to hastily get ready to go to work which I was late for, of course it didn’t help that I had to stay up until 3 in the morning to celebrate the New Year’s with my best friend who’s across the country in a different timezone.

You know what I hate about my brother coming down stairs? Is that when he come down stairs with his flip flops on, it’s making too much noise than barefoot.

He disturbs my sleep everytime he goes up or downstairs.

Everytime he does that, he reminds me of Godzilla stomping mudholes everywhere he goes.

I never thought my friends would leave the fandom.

Sadge news, woke up earlier this morning and found out one of my hermit crab has escaped. (probably using those long stick as ladder.)

On his end, he’s defo the luckiest and happiest critter ever now that he is finally free. Good for him.

I hope he doesn’t fall into the hands of a terrible human being or die accidentally.

The designated name of this crab is Dustin.

I don’t give a rat’s ass how good it is. I could buy both Freedom Planet games for that price, and get WAY more time out of them then I would a single pizza! Fuck outta here with that bullshit.

I’m still upset that Little Caesars went from $5 to $6.

They were always the “you get what you pay for” pizza chain and that was fine by me. But they are quickly getting to “their pizzas aren’t worth even this” range.

Little Caesars hadn’t raised it’s prices in like 10 years, and has gone up between 10 30 percent depending on where you are while other fast food places have gone up by 80+ percent regardless of the cost of operating the store,

I mean I guess.

Little Caesars was always one of those “Ol’ Reliable” stores for me, so any price increase hits where it hurts.

Ok, but Little Ceasars is actually really goddamn good for how cheap it is. And considering how most pizza places won’t deliver to where I live without charging an arm and a leg in the process (hence the 40 dollar bullshit), I’ll take what I can get as long as it tastes good.
