I’m considering joining the Gendarmerie Nationale (state police) here. since I have a clear judiciary file, I am rather physically fit, responsible with a firearm, and work in IT.  
I know friends who are in there, mostly bikers and they always been like «You’re looking for a job? You should apply»
 
Now I’m really hesitant as I really have the level and the pay is worth it. Recruitment is open til June 12th for passing a class and tests and everything.

True, though I think the latter is due to OAG not having the same power McCarthy had, partly due to us not being in a Red Scare type of situation. The idea is the same, so I’m sticking to my comparison.

I do wonder what the context of that very quartering Tweet was. After all, since ancient times, stories have been able to become distorted and twisted by things such as time passing, error, and deliberate malice.
