Easy. It wasn’t tagged “anthro” before yesterday. Joey must have either overlooked or grandfathered the details of body plan on this image.

I have no idea, I wonder myself. Someone else notified me about it posting the cutout. I searched for it in the big picture and it actually is there.

I don’t think that the tag missing is the reason, not like you can’t see the body structure without tag. Maybe Joey was just very sleepy and forgot about it. As I said, I have no idea.

Now in terms of unimportant badges I rather like the participation ones, especially the helper ones. I’ve done 5 entries for this colab.

They’re not anthro, they’re just standing bipedal. There’s been ponies standing on their hind legs in every collab. That’s never been an issue since I can just hide the added vertical space easily.

I have the feeling, the confusion has something to do with humane boobs on chest and humane collarbones.

I know human shoulders on bipedal pony is merely semi-anthro but these characters also have human breasts.

Ultimately I decided that image was acceptable.

I just think the participations are valid in there own sense. They bring a sense of community.
 
I’m fixing to get helper, the trixie won’t be hard and if i change my attitude I can get the Maud badge again.

Incidentally, I have looked at your works before, and this is a persistent issue to the point where you really should just admit your “semi-anthros” are actually anthros with arm hooves…

it’s a needle in a haystack, it’s not worth worrying about.

Maybe it’s stretching the definition of pony but let’s be real here, out of 1600 characters making a potential misjudgement on one image (2 characters) and correctly leaving out who knows how many entries I think Joey deserves some slack here.
 
I personally hate anthro-like features with every fiber of my being, but that doesn’t mean others can’t like it, and that’s no reason to exclude someone who drew ponies in good faith with a few human-like elements. Also, since it was technically an administrative decision to allow this image I’m not sure there’s any room for overturning that decision either way, so arguing against it is kind of moot.

I’m not even against including the image, I just take issue with artists who draw A and triple down on insisting it’s B, and mods siding with the blatant untruth because Muh Word Of God.
