I have to wonder, why is the owl and toola badge set at a specific resolution while the Griffin is a pure SVG when shown in that posting? 🤔🤔🤔

I just saw that Gabby the griffon has no specific resolution, pure SVG only

I honestly need to go through all the existing badges, at least the “system” ones, and make sure they’re all SVGs in the same canvas size… We’ve been adding badges for ~6 years, 3-4 different people with different styles, and some badges were quick “hacks”…

It’s actually a new tier of badge for derpi donators. Be a bronze patreon supporter and higher or donate $32 or more in your life time. The frowning Pony will make a cutie mark badge of your choosing, and I chose my OCs.

its only something that TFP brought about since last sunday and its a lower tier badge rather than the $100 life time donation / gold patreon and up OC badge.

Damn. Wish that had been a thing 6 months ago while I was still donating. Love the cutie mark design.

You only have to have donated $32 and up in your life time to get the badge or be bronze patreon and up. You have the higher derpi support badge, you must of at least been either gold or donated $100 already, so theres a high chance you should be eligible for the CM badge too.
 
And thanks, I’m just glad I finally got a design I’m happy with after 7 years playing with it 😂

Getting two Badges instead of one this time will be sweet. ^^  
How long does it usually take to roll them out, btw?

Depends on the circumstances – for example, last year’s badge for drawing someone else’s character wasn’t chosen in advance and was delayed until April.
 
Both of this year’s badges were picked ahead of time but not yet drawn, last I heard.
 
Haven’t seen any official ETA, so just hang in there, it’ll be done when it’s done.

I haven’t even made the badges yet because I’m lazy. They’ll get done, but after spending a month and a half on the collab, I’m taking a short break first.
