No, what soured it was that it vastly overstayed its welcome because Marvel saw how popular the early parts were and decided to stretch it out from about a 6-month storyline to 3 1/2 years.

i think the twist (ben is the real one) lead to the padding (the saga iirc counts the ben as spider-man parts)

not really sure if it was planned or they caved (if ben was a hit, it might’ve been a permanent change).
 
kinda like with azrael being batman. the writers said the plan was for bruce to be back eventually but there was enough room for azrael being a permanent replacement if he became a big hit so we’re not sure if they’re lying or not.

if you’re ok with humans being cloned because it’s ok to clone animals, would that sentiment carry over to being ok with humans being bred for aesthetics like pet breeders do to their animals?
 
basically eugenics but solely on the physical beauty aspect (performance and intelligence aren’t a big factor).

I think the Starfox team should be Fox, Falco, Slippy, Lucy, and Dash.

and Wolf, Leon, Panther, Bio-rex and Ottoman for Starwolf. Nintendo isn’t doing F-Zero anymore anyway.

I think Bio-Rex and Ottoman would look rather out of place. They look like they walked out of a 90’s comic book, while the rest of the team looks like they came out of a saturday morning cartoon. It’d be like if Mordekaiser hung out with Poppy and Lulu.

I sometimes believe being too nice or empathetic is a weakness on the tumblr (though mostly on the internet) It seems so much easier to throw everyone under a rug bus than to handle things on a case by case basis.
